In the spirit of courageous leadership and optimism for the future of healthcare, the University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing and the Center for Flourishing Health Care Communities are convening healthcare leaders to participate in a webinar: Leading the Way: Building New Healthcare Cultures of Wellbeing and Flourishing.

The purpose is to support and empower healthcare leaders who are committed to doing the work needed to build and sustain healthcare organizations that are embedded in wellbeing and flourishing. The webinar will examine healthcare wellbeing cultures from the lens of personal, team and system-wide organizational effectiveness.
